When the video box comes up, you can make the picture fill your screen. First move your cursor to the bottom right hand corner. An arrow will appear. Click that arrow to fill the screen. Press the ESC button on your computer to return to a small screen.
No sound? Move your cursor to the bottom right corner. Look for a small icon of a speaker. If there is an X on the speaker, click on it to start the sound. Also, make sure the volume is upon your speakers.
